The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has sought a report from the defence ministry in two weeks’ time on thousands of unexploded and rejected bombs of the 1999 Kargil war awaiting disposal at Ordnance Factory, Khamaria (OFK) in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.
