Rajasthan beats Bihar in Dalit atrocity
There has been a significant rise in the crime against Schedule Caste(SC) in Rajasthan. The state having a population of 122.2 lakh SC people remained at number 3 position in the SC atrocities in the year 2014 and now with the latest figures with the NCRB Rajasthan has ranked at number two position. Surprisingly the state is ahead of a state like Bihar in terms of the atrocities against SC. Opposition Congress over the scenario said that in Rajasthan where number of rape cases in the age bracket of 18-44 years were maximum and now it is at number two position it is foolish to expect investments.
