		Government to launch Digital Gujarat app Soon people in the state will be able to get their ration card or income certificate by simply logging on to a mobile application. Gujarat government is set to launch a mobile app, Digital Gujarat, which will provide several such services on the lines of e-services already being rendered through digitalgujarat.gov.in. 56% clear class XII exams in Gujarat Higher Secondary (HSC) general stream students, including number crunchers in commerce, wilted in face of the English paper. While overall pass percentage of HSc general stream was 55.85%, as results published on Saturday showed, of the 4.51 lakh students, 34.58%, (1.52 lakh) failed to clear English, their second language. Still, it was 0.31% better than the results in 2015. Less than 22% of students had failed in English in 2014, said board officials.
